The checklist below will help you identify if your baby may be lactose intolerant. If you do suspect that your baby is lactose intolerant consult your family doctor for advice and confirmatory testing, rather than attempting to self-diagnose – as they will be qualified to advise you on what action to take next.
- Persistent crying
- Diarrhoea (may be explosive and watery)
- Swollen stomach
- Nausea and vomiting
- Cramping
- Passing wind more than usual
